• Mockups and Proofs: What's the process for getting a van sign written, and will I see a mockup for approval

If you want you van sign written we will need to measure and take all the details of ehat yoy would like on it eg. Logo business name telephone number email . We will the draw this up using our software and send this via email . If you are happy with this we will then start production and take a 50% non refundable deposit . 

• Materials Used: What materials are used for signs, and what are their pros and cons?

The materials used for signs can vary dependant in customer needs . Acrylic,  foamex , aluminium tray and vinyl .

•  Sign Lifespan: How long will the sign last?

The sign longevity depends on what material you choose when ordering your sign.  Take in consideration the weather and where you sign will be place for example in a spot with sun all day 

• UV Resistance: Will my sign fade in the sun?

All of our vinyl is 5-7 year guarantee but we also sell a solution to prolong the life expectancy and advise to use this once per year 

• Removal: Can graphics be removed without damaging the surface?

Yes graphics can be removed without damaging the surface however dependant on the length the graphics have been on uv can make your vehicle look duller than where the graphics were originally placed 

• Site Visits: Do you offer site visits to assess my needs?

This depends on our time and the location of yourself 

• Lead Times: How long does it take to get a sign after ordering?

The lead Time depends on what type of sign you choose to order 

• Urgent Orders: Can you accommodate urgent orders?

Yes we can accommodate urgent orders just get in touch 

• Payment Methods: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer and visa

• Invoice Terms: What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% non refundable deposit on all custom signs and graphics
